Rest, movement and simple routines.
Ayu's approach to wellness is rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles — relaxation, balance and mindful living, not quick fixes or a spa menu.

Wellness as a rhythm, not a checklist
Ayurveda, at its simplest, is about balance — how you rest, how you move, and how you eat. At Ayu, that shows up as an unhurried daily rhythm rather than a list of treatments to get through: mornings with room to breathe, food chosen with care, and quiet time built into the day.
It's central to how we think about a stay at Ayu — not an add-on, but part of the same idea as the food and the setting.
What we offer is about relaxation and balance. It is not a medical treatment, it does not diagnose or cure any condition, and it does not replace advice from a qualified doctor.
Four things at the heart of a stay here
Simple, achievable parts of a stay rather than a long menu of therapies.

Meditation & Quiet Time
Room in the schedule for doing nothing in particular.

Multi-day wellness retreats, by duration
If you'd rather book a set rhythm for your whole stay than plan sessions day by day, we run duration-based retreats — from a short taster to a full three-week reset, and a separate track built around daily yoga practice.
